We’re doing something different with how we build the Bronco™ SUV. We have designed each Bronco series around different types of adventure. Choose the series that fits you and your adventures best, then customize it even more with over 200 Ford accessories to truly make it your own.
The classic 2-door Bronco stays closer to the original Bronco DNA with its boxy shape, short overhangs and wide stance. While it only has two doors, those doors are longer than those in the 4-door to give you easy access to the seats and cargo area.
The first-ever 4-door Bronco retains the classic Bronco look but makes it a bit more family-friendly. The 4-door Bronco seats five and has a longer wheelbase. Plus, if you remove all four doors, you can stow them in the cargo area with the available storage bags.
Standard 2-door hardtop is moulded-in-colour (MIC) and has a standard rear-window defroster and washer plus a storage bag for front-row roof panels. The 4-door Bronco SUV comes standard with a black soft top. It has a special tilting feature for easy access to the rear cargo area. (Excludes Wildtrak™).
The Bronco 2-door offers seating for up to four and has 99.0 cu. ft. of passenger volume before you take off the top.
Removal of doors for off-road use only.
Built to take you and your passengers further, the all-new 4-door Bronco is designed to be our ultimate destination vehicle. It offers ample room, smart features and available accessories to haul outdoor gear inside and the ability to sleep two when the day winds down. The 4-door model is wider in the rear seat than the 2-door, allowing seating for five. It gives you 103.7 cu. ft. of passenger volume with the hardtop and 108.2 cu. ft. with the soft top.
From sleeping bags to coolers, you need your gear when exploring the great outdoors. The all-new Bronco™ has plenty of available space to stow it.
The Bronco 2-door SUV offers up to 22.4 cu. ft. of cargo space behind the rear seats or a maximum 52.3 cu. ft. with the rear seats down.
The Bronco SUV 4-door soft top has 83 cu. ft. of maximum cargo volume behind the first row with second-row seats folded down, and the 4-door hardtop has 77.6 cu. ft. of space. Both allow easy storage for all four removable doors with the available storage bags.
Every Bronco comes with a HOSS (High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension) System. The HOSS System is the set of finely tuned components (springs, shocks and solid rear axle) that literally support your Bronco and keep its tires firmly planted on the ground. Option-up to the Badlands™, Wildtrak™ or any model equipped with the Sasquatch™ package and you’ll get the Advanced HOSS System. The Advanced HOSS comes with the Bilstein™ Position-Sensitive Dampers and independent front suspension.
For additional control in uneven, rugged and slippery terrain, locking differentials allow both wheels on an axle to rotate at the same speed and evenly apply the same power. This is an important feature when traversing rugged, uneven off-road terrain. The Ford Bronco features a Dana™ 44 AdvanTEK® solid rear axle and Dana AdvanTEK independent front differential unit (standard/non-locking). The available locking differentials are Spicer® Performa-TraK.™
For extreme rock crawling, you want your front tires to be able to move up and down independently from one another. The available stabilizer bar disconnect feature helps them do just that. So for you to move freely over wild uneven terrain, the system (when engaged in Rock-Crawl Mode or manually), disconnects over uneven terrain—providing maximum articulation. The system offers a unique-to-the-class design and has instantaneous disconnect function regardless of articulation. The Bar can also be reconnected automatically when speeds exceed 32 km/h.
The all-new Bronco™ SUV has a standard SYNC® 4 System. The Bronco SYNC® System comes with an eight-inch screen or the class-exclusive, available 12'' screen. SYNC® 4 will rely heavily on the cloud. However, it will still retain on-board processing power to minimize performance issues in dead zones—meaning your road trip is in good hands even when you go off the beaten path.
The available FordPass Performance™ app with off-road navigation – a class-exclusive feature that allows owners to easily plan, navigate and share their off-road adventure. No other mobile app experience integrates professionally curated trail content, third-party map files, in-vehicle navigation and vehicle telemetry like the FordPass Performance™ app available on the 2021 Bronco.
Ford Co-Pilot360 Technology offers a number of available driver-assist features, including: 360-Degree Camera with Off-Road Views, Hill Descent Control™, Rear View Camera with Backup Assist, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Auto High-Beam Headlamps.
